Well that was a day of highs and lows... lol

Blocked fuel filter for me and a few other issues in the o2L field.

Looking forward to tomorrow with the ghetto rotor actually running well and good luck to everyone else getting cars going and ready for r2!

Speaking of issues in O2L, here's my view of some of them: https://www.facebook.com/stigrichardsmo ... 227354144/

I'll be fixing mine with a hammer at the track in an hour.

I saw the qually results. Is it normal for unders to be quicker than overs?

It was hot Ash, like 40 plus degrees and the heavier O2L cars with their substantial torque and horsepower were overheating tyres very quickly. I've never run such low tyre pressures, notably in the rear of a FWD car. Even then they were up to grip levels after half the warm up lap. Driver wise, despite substantial hydration, Justin was 5kgs lighter on Sunday than he was on Friday. Some of which was no doubt due to the 3 am finish engine swap on Saturday night. =D> =D> =D>

I think the track conditions were substantially better (quicker) when the unders qualified ](*,) ](*,)

Even I am starting to think it is cursed now! R3 was an overheating issue so not curse related... R2 though... wow a safety cover issue causing it to default to off randomly and shut the engine off is a way to send someone to the looney bin!!

Ghetto rotor R3

Good start. Fun battle with O'Brien cut short due to crazy high engine temps
