Is it possible for any of the unders entries to also enter o2L and then race on Sunday too?

They could enter O2L and run Saturday and Sunday. But I don't think they would be allowed do Qualy and 3 races on Saturday and then 2 races on Sunday.

It is very disappointing.... 10 entries. What is wrong with IP in NSW.......................... This is happening year on year with a lacking in sustaining the entries round-to-round, never mind the year on year! If we could retain everyone that has entered over the last 3 years we would be getting 30 cars every race!!!

oh well Dave, you will just have to be sure to split the Evo's up and have a good battle with them.

Great to see unders has Ryan Jagger back :D . Even unders is missing a few though, but should be a good mid pack battle to watch.

Well done to the U2L entries, 15 is not to bad considering that a couple of regulars were unable to make this round.

Wish I could be there but after my little under dash barbecue at R4 I'm rewiring everything. All engine electrics/electronics, lights, pumps, sensors, wipers, fans, Microtech, coils.... Almost there with parts, almost there with removal of offending melted clumps of former looms. It's so much fun.

Have fun racing.

6 cars in the final for Overs, 13 in Unders. Is it just no-one wants to go to Wakefield in winter because it's so bloody cold ?

Had nothing much on today so thought about driving down for a look, got up and it was minus 8 or something in Goulburn at 6.30 ! Bugger that, went back to bed.... ](*,)

You've seen the entry lists for next weekend. Multiple categories with between 20 and 30 cars at Wakefield. So the cold cant be the only excuse.

Shane - I have mate, and yes, they are very decent.

But geez. I remember getting 30+ cars in each grid (Unders and Overs), might be time to put the two back together for bigger more attractive fields ?

Great idea! So how do we get you to come back to join us? You going to the August 1 IPRA NSW meeting to voice your opinion on what would 'seal the deal'?

As we discussed at the track, in the last couple of weeks the committee between us has called around the usual suspects and asked why they weren't running at this meeting. The reasons vary from being overseas on holidays, out of town for work, broken car, broke driver (paid Bathurst/Nationals + other reasons), waiting for parts, family commitments, bought another car (for another category) etc. There wasn't one reason that stood out, so there's no silver bullet answer.

There is an IPRANSW General Meeting next week at the Arena Sports Club, 140 Rookwood Rd, Yagoona at 8.00 pm. So please come along and bring your ideas with you. If you can't make it we may try a call in, or you can email any suggestions to president@ipransw.org.au or any of the other Committee members, addresses are on the web site ipransw.org.au.

Most states have poor numbers now. I think the very long wait to start refreshing the class may be to late? Seeing Vic with so many V8s in the top ten was an eye opener.

Don’t believe those who use the excuse of having paid for Nationals, they are telling porkies. Half the 7 NSW overs running at Nationals we’re running at WP and both the two unders were also at WP

I'm not a member Gary, as you're probably well aware mate. Just always keep an eye on IP as it's still one of the best categories (in my opinion anyway !) out there.

Is there any thought of combining grids if there's less than say 30 cars across the two grids ? The Unders guys seem to have their act together and many would be mixing it with the Overs field - might be worthwhile giving it a try ? Also looks better from a spectator (and therefore potential entrant) view ? Just a thought anyway...
