Re: 2018 Nationals @ The Bend

Telling the organisers how to suck an egg in multiple posts is meddling, it is not an unintentional thing, as usual you are using all your usual tactics to try and influence everything to the direction that you think things should be done, it is deliberate and conniving Sent from my SM-G920I using T...

Re: 2018 Nationals @ The Bend

FFS TT, pull your head in and STFU, your opinion only needed to be mentioned once, and not even needed then, we have heard the same drivel ad nauseum for every event outside the area you apparently own.

Re: this is why restrictors are hurting IPRA!

If however you allow boost monitors and spend the same amount of money than it MAY be possible. BUT is this what we want? A handful of competitors who can afford to be competitive? Will this encourage more competitors? Even if we accept your premise Mike, which I don't, a handful of competitors wou...

Re: this is why restrictors are hurting IPRA!

boost monitors sound easy and cheap on paper, but reality is, the better your head flows and the less the back pressure in the exhaust, the more air that goes into the engine and the more power it makes with the same boost as a stock engine, more power is available again if you increase the availabl...

maybe, just maybe, you need to read and understand this- PREAMBLE Improved Production has been adopted by CAMS as a sporting level touring car category. CAMS is ultimately responsible for the approval of the regulations or changes thereto, and responsible for publishing the regulations via the CAMS ...

Re: Toyota Starlet EP91 & EP82 GT for LM Approval

if there are hundreds of (factory, not turbo added to NA car) turbo EP91's in Australia, then I am all for it, and will happily vote for it, but I can't vote for any car proposed that does not fit the rules, eg, Cyborg would never have got my vote

more smoke screens, eligibility rules are written very clearly, there is no part of it has a single thing to do with either when it was sold, or parts availability, 808's, 1600's et all all qualify as they were sold here in volume, does not matter if it was in 1817 or 1917 or 2017, or if you can or...

Re: Toyota Starlet EP91 & EP82 GT for LM Approval

You are looking at it from a past tense view Alan. Some (not all) are voting based on the parts/cars availability for the Cosmo, but I don't believe that it's fair to do that. Especially based on anecdotal evidence (i.e. "I haven''t personally seen one so there aren't any"). I don't see any differe...

Re: Toyota Starlet EP91 & EP82 GT for LM Approval

But parts availibility is nothing to do with it, the intent is to allow cars that have been bought in by 000's, like s13 et al, which both of the cars mentioned have not been, both would make great race cars and would not look out of place in IP, but they fall short of the criteria listed Sent from...
