Re: 2018 Nationals @ The Bend

This Nationals is what matters now :) and we have a new track that looks great form the rare in-car footage available.... seems that no car in IP had cameras in them for the round earlier in the year.... *cough.... and they used the Nationals track and not the short version like they told us on the...

Re: this is why restrictors are hurting IPRA!

going back a bit and reading a number of comments and a few people have referenced xr6t's as a car that would be good to see on the grid but it cannot be done easily or cheap due to capacity multiplier. If it was to be allowed as a 4.0ltr effectively making it 6.8ltr what controlling method is most ...

Browny did a cracker job well driven in all races and no matter who you are its hard to argue of the quality & pace of the sprinter!! I like many wish we could set some of the times that thing has put down of the last couple years!! Great to see some results coming off the back of alot of hard work ...

No V8's in the top 10 either..... interesting mix for top 10. That happens when the faster ones don't get "invited". ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) Oh well, much better to be shown up by an LM U2L car than an LM V8    Cheers Gary Would have been great to have seen some of the quick LM v8's be all...

Re: IPRA The future in Australian Motorsport

the only thing that costs more in IP is the tyres? Tyres that commonly last a whole season, that's a cost of less than $3.00 per lap. Which is probably way less than you spend on fuel Cheers Gary Never let the truth get in the way of a good story. You know the guy you are arguing with runs a high p...

Re: IPRA The future in Australian Motorsport

you'd be surprised most front running ip cars are more than competitive in sports sedans and in rays case very easily challenging for podiums (state level not national). Look at pi for example where the likes of ray, maitland etc can more than hold there own in SS. Tyres are a similar cost if not ch...

Thanks. I had honestly forgotten about the IDA pattern TBs on rotaries being semi-common back when most ECUs were adjusted with a screwdriver... More importantly: Why are you so dead-set against any suggestion of a class that is broadly similar to IPRA but simpler and less serious? Are you pe...

Were not racing in endurance events and were not production cars so there in no reason to make a allowance for a hypothetical incident that may happen in some other category its simply not relevant. Re: IPRA The future in Australian Motorsport

The support we receive in Victoria from Traction Tyres is fantastic and has been for many years. The A050 is a great tyre. Not sure why people even want to change or are complaining about them? Imagine trying to police the amount of tyres people use over a weekend? Impossible and am not really sure...
